Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS) Training
This intense three day course is offered to lubrication specialists who have a minimum of three years experience in the field. A local course is offered annually or every two years based on demand. This accreditation is the highest offered by the STLE (Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers). The course was designed and is taught by Ray Thibault, who possesses the highest pass rate compared to other trainers in the world.
Lubricant Basics and Handling Training
The 4 hour Proactive Lube Manager Lubricant Basics and Handling Training covers all aspects of lubricant contamination control. The course equips your staff with a thorough knowledge of oil analysis terminology, sample taking, filtration terminology and its application, as well as the basics of grease – allowing your staff to take a proactive approach to lubricant contamination control.
This 4 hour condensed training module has proven to show higher retention rates. Having the course taught at your location improves retention, allows more people to attend and reduces training costs.

Machinery Lubrication Technician (MLT) Training
Designed by Ray Thibault, the Machinery Lubrication Technician course entails 16 hours of classroom instruction which is done over a two-day period. The accreditation exam is held on the third day. The course is designed to cover all of the required material necessary and prepare attendees for the exam. Ray Thibault’s expert training means his course training attendees have the highest pass rate in the industry.
